Coaching is a way to get you from where you are to where you want to be. It is a process that enables you to reach goals step by step with support, encouragement, new opportunities, and fun along the way!

Coaching is a partnership that enables you, the client, to be in a process to change or improve one or more areas of your life with extraordinary results. Coaching gets you from where you are to where you want to be. It is teamwork to bring about change in your life!
As you meet with a coach, you will feel the value of having someone who is present with you, and you will know you are seen and heard. You may feel supported and hopeful, enthusiastic about now and the future. You will make mistakes, know that is to be expected, and explore and make different choices along the way. You will decide about how you want to be accountable and encouraged.
Coaching is not: mentoring teaching therapy training
My personal experience working with a coach
I knew I wanted different work and to be useful in a new way. I wasn’t sure what that looked like. Working with a coach helped me to focus, get clarity, and really explore how I wanted to feel around my job. We created a plan together to make changes and move forward, step by step. There was something amazing that happened when I had someone to work with who helped me find and create the changes I wanted and achieve goals! I wasn’t in the process alone. Obstacles came up, and I was able to persevere. A more satisfying life is possible, and it starts when you take action!
